Anti-Money Laundering Policy

Last updated: June 2026

1. Overview

λ.digital is committed to preventing its infrastructure from being used to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. This policy outlines our approach to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) compliance.

As a non-custodial software infrastructure provider, λ.digital does not hold, transmit, or control customer funds. Payments flow directly between customers and merchants' own wallets. We do not act as a money services business, payment processor, or financial institution.

2. Prohibited Activities

The Service must not be used to process payments related to:

  • Money laundering or layering of illicit funds
  • Terrorist financing or financing of sanctioned entities
  • Drug trafficking, arms dealing, or other illegal commerce
  • Transactions with individuals or entities on OFAC, UN, EU, or other government sanctions lists
  • Fraud, ransomware, or proceeds of cybercrime
  • Tax evasion or circumvention of financial reporting requirements
  • Human trafficking or exploitation

3. Merchant Obligations

Merchants using λ.digital accept full responsibility for compliance with applicable AML and KYC laws in their jurisdiction. Merchants must:

  • Know their own customers (KYC) before accepting payments where required by law
  • Maintain records of transactions as required by local regulations
  • Report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required
  • Not knowingly accept funds derived from illegal activity
  • Comply with all applicable financial regulations in their jurisdiction of operation

4. Our Controls

While λ.digital does not process or custody funds, we maintain the following controls:

  • Account screening: Merchant accounts are reviewed for signs of suspicious activity or prohibited use
  • Transaction monitoring: We monitor usage patterns for anomalies consistent with financial crime
  • Sanctions screening: We reserve the right to block wallet addresses associated with sanctioned entities
  • Account suspension: Accounts suspected of AML violations will be suspended pending investigation

5. Blockchain Transparency

All transactions processed through λ.digital occur on public blockchains (BSC, Ethereum, Tron, TON). This provides inherent transparency — every transaction is permanently recorded and publicly verifiable. This transparency supports AML efforts by making transaction flows traceable.

λ.digital reserves the right to use blockchain analytics tools to assess the risk profile of wallet addresses involved in transactions processed through our platform.

6. Reporting Suspicious Activity

If you suspect that the Service is being used for money laundering or other financial crime, report it immediately to:

admin@λ.digital

We will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities in any investigation related to financial crime. We reserve the right to share account and transaction information with authorities where required by law or where we believe there is a risk of financial crime.

7. Sanctions Compliance

λ.digital does not provide services to individuals, entities, or jurisdictions subject to sanctions by the United Nations, European Union, United States (OFAC), or other relevant authorities.

Merchants are responsible for ensuring their own customers are not sanctioned individuals or entities.

8. Policy Updates

This policy is reviewed and updated periodically to reflect changes in regulation and best practices. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
