Terms of Service

By accessing or using λ.digital ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by λ.digital. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

λ.digital is a non-custodial cryptocurrency payment infrastructure platform. We provide merchants with tools to accept crypto payments (USDT, USDC) across multiple blockchain networks (BSC, Ethereum, Tron, TON) directly into their own wallets.

We do not hold, store, or control any cryptocurrency funds at any point. All payments go directly from the customer to the merchant's registered wallet addresses.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

The Service is not available to persons in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency transactions are prohibited by law.

Merchants are responsible for maintaining the security of their API keys, webhook secrets, and wallet addresses. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are involved in money laundering or other illegal activities.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Facilitate illegal transactions or money laundering
• Process payments for prohibited goods or services
• Circumvent financial regulations in your jurisdiction
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Impersonate another person or entity

Tier 1 (Self-custody) is free of charge. Tier 2 (Auto-convert) charges a 0.1% fee per confirmed transaction. Fees are subject to change with 30 days notice.

Blockchain network fees (gas fees) are paid by the sender and are not controlled by λ.digital.

λ.digital is a non-custodial service. We do not hold funds, act as a payment processor, or control access to any cryptocurrency. We are a software infrastructure provider only.

You are solely responsible for maintaining access to your wallet addresses and private keys. Lost access to wallets cannot be recovered by λ.digital.

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. We are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses, failed transactions due to network congestion, or losses resulting from blockchain-specific risks.

The Service depends on third-party blockchain networks and RPC providers. We do not guarantee uptime of these external dependencies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, λ.digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or cryptocurrency funds, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless λ.digital from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violations of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at our discretion with reasonable notice.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
